Jeeyoung Ahn Ha specializes in Korean linguistics, Korean psycholinguistics, and language acquisition, processing, and pedagogy. Her Ph. D. dissertation research in progress is on how the previously observed cross-linguistic variations in the resolution of sentence ambiguity reveal in the off- and on-line sentence processing by Korean-English bilinguals with different language histories, in comparison with monolingual speakers of Korean and monolingual speakers of English. She has also taught the courses on the Korean language at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. She received an M.A. and a MATESL degree from the University of Illinois. Her new publication includes: Ha, J. 2005, September. "Age-Related Effects on Syntactic Ambiguity Resolution in First and Second Languages: Evidence from Korean-English Bilinguals" in Proceedings of the 7th Generative Approaches to Second Language Acquisition Conference (GASLA 2004), edited by Laurent Dekydtspotter, Rex A. Sprouse, and Audrey Liljestrand. 111-123.
